Introduction 
 Breasts are organs found in both male and female representatives. The main building blocks of the breast fatty tissue glandular tissue. As far as women concerned, cancer is most commonly upper outer quadrant. It one common cancers among worldwide therefore an important public health issue. latest data indicate that problem currently affects more than 10% from all over world. Importantly, it second cause cancer-related death women, after lung cancer. There many factors influence prevalence rate In general, they might be divided into modifiable non-modifiable factors. following review, emphasis will put on impact risk strength their impact. Factors discussed include age, gender, ethnic racial background, family history genetic factors, pregnancy breastfeeding. Material Methods This review was based available collected PubMed Google Scholar database, using keywords: “Breast Cancer”, “Risk Breast Cancer” “Epidemiology Cancer”. Conclusion worldwide. recent years, we have observed increase incidence this development influenced by which can two groups: advisable to undertake new research initiatives better understand etiology disease affecting its development.
